We want to extend our congratulations to Family Worship Centre and their pastors Grant and Darla Wasmuth, of Cut Knife, SK, as the recipients of ACOP’s Grace & Hope Award for 2026!
Family Worship Centre offers not only a place of worship, but somewhere families can find community. They offer Bible studies and youth activities, along with a thriving kids’ ministry and monthly youth nights called The Collective. They also offer classes for youth who want to grow in leadership.
When they’re not serving their church family, Grant and Darla are heavily involved in community events. Whether they’re putting on a “Mystery Supper” to raise money for The Collective, offering a warm space for senior residents to hand out candy on Halloween, helping plan the town’s Canada Day events, or organizing a community Christmas Concert, they are touching the community by extending grace and hope. This is their heart, and they live it out with excellence.
Sunday mornings at Family Worship Centre see a truly unified church body coming together to serve and worship. The sense of togetherness permeates the services; people feel loved, included, supported, and encouraged. The community is part of the church and the church is part of the community, and this is a testament to the trust Grant and Darla have cultivated over the years.
Congratulations to Family Worship Centre! May you continue to extend grace and ignite hope to your community.

I am so proud of Grant and Darla and their family members who are also very much involved in all the outreaches. We know quite a few who attend Family Worship congregation and yes, it’s a very welcoming congregation and the entire community knows about them.
Congratulations, Grant and Darla. You do so much for your church and community.
