God’s faithfulness was evident as it always was for the past 90 years of ministry here on these Holy grounds that were set apart for ministers Gods word to the lost, to encourage the faint of heart and set people on their course for a life of being a disciple of our lord Jesus Christ.
After struggling with attendance was disrupted by The Order to Remedy and then shut down by COVID, we had good attendance in our teen and kids camps and had great enthusiasm from all our staff and volunteers. Plans are underway for next year and we know God has an even bigger plan for the ministry here. We had approximately 90 kids this year. More than double from last year.
7 kids got water baptized in the lake.
At our Family camps we had great speakers and pastors that delivered the Word of God under divine inspiration. There was 9 people that were water baptized in the lake.
Since it was our 90th anniversary, we created what we called 90 second testimonial time at each service. There were people that shared about their childhood experiences at camp. These dated back to the 1940s, 1950s, 1980s, and 2000s. How God had begun a work in their youth and how His faithfulness has been through all the years.
We had the privilege of having Ernie Marshall here. It was his uncle A.D. Marshall along with his parents and others that started the ministry here at MLGC. Stories of camp long ago blended in with stories of how God is moving in people’s lives today.
We are excited to see what new and exciting things God has in store for His ministry here at Moose Lake. His Faithfulness is evident time and again. Blessed be the Name of Jesus Christ.
