Prayer Updates #

Thank you for your prayers for Joni Dyck—Joni has been in a medically induced coma since Sunday.  The medical team has ruled out meningitis and has determined that Joni has a strep infection.

They are still trying to ascertain the strain of strep, so they can target further treatment.  The doctors are planning to bring her out of the medically induced coma later today.

Please continue to pray for Joni’s healing, for wisdom and insight for the medical team, and for peace that passes understanding for Kenn & Linda and Joni’s children Ayden & Alyssa.

Please continue to pray for Sara Hendren and her family—they have long days and many challenges ahead as a family. Sara’s brothers are back at school and Amber & Jason are splitting time at home and in the hospital (different cities). For the full update click here.

Trossachs Camp #

We had an incredible camp season! We saw 48 young people sponsored by the camp community, 36 salvations, and several healings.

Many of the kids who came to camp this summer don’t attend church—so this was a brand new exciting time for them. When one young boy realized he was actually hearing from God, he was beside himself cheering (as the revelation) that God is real and present hit him!

One of our new staff members was healed of a lung problem—he had not been able to take a full breath since covid, and his lung capacity was not only healed but increased. He entered the waters of baptism along with campers this summer.

Our partnerships with organizations meeting the needs of our community allowed us to help provide beds and other needed items for two families who had fled domestic abuse earlier in the year. One young person reported that one of the things they loved about camp was getting to sleep in an actual bed.

God was in every area—the teen director had spent 3 weeks of the camp talking about how much she loved cheeseburgers, and in a really fun moment—the teen speaker decided to purchase cheeseburgers for the entire camp—she had not heard the director talking about it so much!

God moved in mighty ways, in creative ways, and in the small details. God sees and adores all Campers and will not give up on them.
