Connected Chaplains

Chaplains serve on the front lines of care, providing vital support outside traditional church walls. Whether you minister in healthcare, law enforcement, the military, education, corrections, or emergency services, this cohort is your space. Our primary focus is to build meaningful relationships, inspire one another, and offer mutual encouragement as we navigate the unique demands of our callings. Leader: Dennis Sisco

Hot Topic Theology

The Hot Topic Theology cohort seeks to create a space for ACOP ministry leaders to engage in meaningful theological and ministry-related conversations on topics ranging from prophecy to politics and from divine healing to the end times. Our aim is to approach these conversations in a spirit of unity, humility, and mutual encouragement. Through shared experience, honest discussion, and Spirit-led insight, we desire to strengthen relationships, sharpen leadership, and inspire fresh vision for ministry. The Front Porch (Rural Ministry)

Healthy ministry in a rural setting requires a distinct set of perspectives and tools. In these communities, relationships rule. This cohort provides a dedicated space to connect with peers who understand your specific context, allowing you to openly discuss and explore what truly works—and what doesn't—in rural ministry. Evangelism Accelerator

"ACOP family, God is calling evangelists to arise. This cohort is an intentional space built to equip, activate, and mobilize leaders for the harvest. Women in Ministry

Ministry is a beautiful calling, but it was never meant to be walked alone. This cohort is a soft landing and a sacred space designed specifically for women serving across our ACOP family—whether you are a pastor, a global worker, a chaplain, or serving faithfully as a lay leader. Together we will extend grace and ignite hope as we celebrate the unique blessing of being women called by God. This is a place where you can truly be seen, known, supported, and filled back up! Leading from the Second Chair

Do you ever feel the unique opportunities or tensions of leading behind the scenes or being a subordinate leader who holds significant influence? This is a vital role to church ministry, but what do we do with our unique skills on a day-to-day basis? We will be reading one or two books on the topic and then have discussions. Finding Success as a Bi-vocational Leader

Are you considering a leadership role that requires you to be bi-vocational? Are you wondering how it could practically work? Are you tired and looking for renewal in a bi-vocational scenario? This mentorship group is for those who are currently leading or planning to enter a leadership role in churches or other ministries on a part-time basis or bi-vocational scenario. The focus will be on exploring how to find personal renewal and sustain effective leadership while being bi-vocational. Leader: Giuseppe Buoncore

In a world filled with distractions and busyness, it is easy to neglect prayer in our personal lives and our churches (Acts 6:4–7). Yet, as spiritual leaders, prayer is our lifeblood. Unveiled Prophetic Cohort

This cohort is a dynamic training ground for believers ready to go deeper in the prophetic—cultivating sharper spiritual discernment, greater maturity, and authentic accountability. Through powerful prayer, hands-on activation, and transformative collaborative learning, members will grow in confidence and clarity as they learn to hear God’s voice more distinctly and steward prophetic revelation with wisdom and integrity.
